When can I expect to receive my order?
You should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

Do you ship products overseas?
Unfortunately for the moment, we are only shipping Australia wide ~ although this is something we are working towards. Apologies for any inconvenience.

How long does my candle burn for?
Our candles burn for for up to 38+ hours.

How long does my diffuser stay fragrant?
Diffusers last up to 3-4 months. To make your diffuser oil last longer, simply remove two or three diffuser reeds for a slower fragrance release.

What type of wax do you use?
We use coconut wax for all our candles.

Why coconut wax?
Made from made from hydrogenated coconut oil, coconut wax is more sustainable than soya, beeswax and paraffin wax candles. Coconut wax also burns slower than other wax types, leaving you with an overall longer burning time and stronger fragrance throw.

Does my candle or diffuser come with a refill?
All our collections already come with fragrance refill. These fragrances are identified in our collections section.

Can I choose my own fragrance and then choose what collection I want it to go with?
All our collections already come with an allocated fragrance. If you prefer one fragrance over another, simply purchase an extra refill in a fragrance of your choice and slip it in to your desired collection.

What is the hole on top of the candle lid used for?
Aesthetic yet functional, this hole simply makes it easier to take the lid off before the candle is lit. We advise not to leave the lid on whilst the candle is burning as heat from the candle will cause breakage to the lid.

What type of wicks do you use?
Our coconut wax candles are made using lead-free, 100% cotton wicks direct from the United States.

Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in China

Where are your fragrances sourced?
Rich and full-bodied, both our candles and reed diffusers contain fragrant essential oils sourced from the world's finest fragrance houses in France, England, Switzerland, Germany and Australia.
